The St. Louis Riverfront Trail

The St. Louis Riverfront Trail runs approximately eleven miles, from the Gateway Arch to Riverfront Park in North St. Louis. Along the way, the trail follows the St. Louis Floodwall, and various levees.

The Trail is owned and maintained by Trailnet Inc.

The old Laclede Power Co. building stands guard at the entrance of the paved trail section. There are plans to renovate it for shops or a hostel.

This shelter, which features a bike rack and benches, provides a commanding view of the river and the Downtown skyline.
