Hermann, MO

The KATY Trail passes just north of Hermann, about 2 miles the other side of the Missouri River. It is accessible by taking MO 19 across a narrow two-lane bridge. Hermann has several wineries and motels.

The trail continues to follow the flood- plain, and crosses the Loutre River.

Fertile farmland and distant hills across the river are the scenic attractions as you pas under towering wind-carved rock formations.
